We keep this short, because we keep what we store short. This page explains what squidx.agency saves in your browser, why we save it, and how you can change your mind.
What we store and why
We sort everything into three groups.
1. Essential
These keep the site working. They don’t identify you and they never leave your browser.
- Your cookie choice (
sx-consent, in local storage). When you click Accept or Decline, we remember it so we don’t ask again on every page. It stays until you clear your browser data or use the button below. - Intro animation (
sx-intro, in session storage). We play our intro once per visit, then skip it. This flag disappears when you close the tab.
2. Analytics
We don’t run any analytics yet. If we add them later to see how the site is used, they will only load after you click Accept. If you click Decline, or make no choice, they stay off.
3. Third parties
Two features on the site come from other companies, and they may set their own cookies:
- Call scheduling. The booking calendar on /calendly and in the “Book a call” tab on /contact is provided by Cal.com. It loads only on those two pages (on /contact, in the background so it is ready when you open the tab), and Cal.com may set cookies to run the booking. Pointing at a “Book a call” link elsewhere opens a connection to Cal.com and downloads its booking script in advance, without running it. See Cal.com’s own privacy policy for details.
- Spam protection. Our contact and work request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. Cloudflare may store what it needs to run that check.
