How do we get started?
It starts with a short intro call about your goals. We then send a proposal, and once it’s signed we book a kickoff and get going.
What does your process look like?
We start with a kickoff call to understand your goals and ideas. You give feedback, and we handle the details from there.
Every two days, you get an update through a written message or a Loom video, and we’re always available for a quick chat or call.
How long does a project take?
Anywhere from two days to two months, depending on the project. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.
How many revisions are included?
It depends on the budget, but we usually include 2–3 rounds of revisions.
How do we communicate and share feedback?
Whatever works for you: a Loom video, Figma comments, a message, or a quick call. We send updates every two days and we’re always available.
Do you build what you design?
Yes. We build on almost any platform, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer and custom code like Astro.
Who owns the work at the end?
You do. Once the project is paid, you get full ownership and all source files, including Figma.
We may share the work on our website or as a case study, unless the project is white-labelled or under an NDA.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a month of support after launch. After that, we’re happy to keep helping on an hourly basis.
How much does a project cost?
We keep pricing transparent and charge for the time and speed your project needs. We only take on what we can do well, so you get the same quality you see in our work.
A month of work is usually $1.5k–$4.5k for branding, $3k–$12k for a website and $2.5k–$9k for development. You’ll get an exact quote after the intro call.
Do you work on fixed projects or monthly retainers?
Both. Fixed projects suit a clear deliverable like a website or brand. Retainers suit teams that need ongoing design support.
What are your payment terms?
We start with a 50% upfront payment, and the rest is due once the project is done.
What's your cancellation policy?
The upfront payment isn’t refundable, because it reserves our team’s time for your project.
