We integrate AI into your product in a way your users actually understand.

Every AI touch point has a job. We make sure yours does the right one.
Small team, sharp integrations, no fluff.
AI sounds like magic in demos and feels like friction in real products. The gap between "look what it can do" and "look what my users actually got" is where most teams lose trust.
We've spent the last few years closing that gap. We pick the right model for the job (not the trendiest one), design prompts that don't break under weird inputs, and wrap it in an interface your users already know how to use. If it doesn't help someone get to done faster, we cut it.
And we stay small on purpose. No handoff to a junior, no giant team draining your budget. When you work with us, you talk to the people actually shipping your AI feature; from the first prompt draft to the live rollout.
We are a small team of creatives with service oriented mentality

Did a lot, published few, wrote even less.
Giving you the benefits of your doubt.
UX First, Model Second
Most AI features fail because the interface is confusing, not because the model is weak. We design the flow your user actually takes, then pick the tech that fits; not the other way around.
Built for Products That Scale
We think about cost per call, latency, and graceful fallbacks before you ship. That means your AI feature works on day 1 and still works when 10,000 users show up on day 30.
Impact Over Impress
A cool AI demo that nobody uses is a waste. We measure success by what users actually do with it; retention, time saved, support tickets dropped. Not by how clever the output looks.

We're not for everyone, and that's the point.
We've watched too many teams burn months (and budget) chasing "AI features" nobody asked for. Flashy outputs, broken flows, users quietly clicking away. Most AI work out there wasn't built to actually fit a real product.
So we built Squidx differently.
We're a small team of designers, engineers, and product thinkers who obsess over where AI actually earns its keep. We don't chase hype. We don't bolt chatbots onto things that don't need them. We build AI features that feel native to your product and useful to your users, on day one.
Yours questions answerd.
At Squidx, the process is easy and collaborative. It starts with a kickoff call to understand your goals and ideas. You give feedback, and we handle the details from there.
Every two days, you get updates through written messages or Loom videos, depending on what’s needed, and we’re always available for a quick chat or call.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to getting it just right. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make revisions until it feels right. This dedication to client happiness is why we currently maintain a high $74% retention rate.
Hiring a full-time designer can be tough to manage and costs around $50-100k per year.
With us, you get top-notch design support without the overhead and hassle.
We like to work fast. That said, the speed and the amount of work we can do for you depends on the scope of work and your priorities. On average, you can generally expect a simple website or a brand identity done in 2-5 weeks or even faster.

We love customer feedback! There are 3 main ways you can share your feedback - a Loom video, Figma comments, or a message. Our preference is a Loom video or Figma comments. But any combination of these 3 will do the trick! If not, a simple call will do the job.
If you’re not satisfied with the work, we’ll refund half of the upfront payment. While this is rare, as design can be subjective, we want you to feel confident in our work.
