We design products people actually finish using, not just sign up for.

Every flow has a job. We make sure yours gets users to done.
Small team, sharp product, no fluff.
Most product design failures aren't about skill. They're about skipping the boring stuff. Empty states. Error messages. Copy in modals. Onboarding drop off. Things that don't show up in the design review but decide whether your product is actually usable.
We've designed SaaS dashboards, B2B tools, consumer apps. The pattern that holds across all of them; the products people stay in aren't the prettiest. They're the ones where nothing confuses them.
That's what we chase. Products that feel easy. Products where users don't need a tutorial. Products that respect people's time.
We are a small team of creatives with service oriented mentality

Did a lot, published few, wrote even less.
Giving you the benefits of your doubt.
Flows Over Screens
We don't design in isolation. Every screen is part of a flow, and every flow is part of the product. We zoom
in and out so the big picture stays coherent.
Design With the Dev Team, Not At Them
We pair with your engineers early. They flag what's expensive, we flag what's critical. You get designs that actually ship, not designs that get compromised.
Measure What Matters
Activation, retention, task completion; we design against real metrics, not just "it looks clean." That's how you know if it's working.

We're not for everyone, and that's the point.
A lot of product design floating around the internet is really just dribble dashboards. Great screenshots, no actual thinking about users, flows, or edge cases. Pretty. Useless.
So we built Squidx differently.
We're a small team of product designers, researchers, and former founders. We obsess over the boring flows; because that's where products succeed or fail. We bring design that helps your users finish what they started; not design that wins Twitter.
Yours questions answerd.
At Squidx, the process is easy and collaborative. It starts with a kickoff call to understand your goals and ideas. You give feedback, and we handle the details from there.
Every two days, you get updates through written messages or Loom videos, depending on what’s needed, and we’re always available for a quick chat or call.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to getting it just right. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make revisions until it feels right. This dedication to client happiness is why we currently maintain a high $74% retention rate.
Hiring a full-time designer can be tough to manage and costs around $50-100k per year.
With us, you get top-notch design support without the overhead and hassle.
We like to work fast. That said, the speed and the amount of work we can do for you depends on the scope of work and your priorities. On average, you can generally expect a simple website or a brand identity done in 2-5 weeks or even faster.

We love customer feedback! There are 3 main ways you can share your feedback - a Loom video, Figma comments, or a message. Our preference is a Loom video or Figma comments. But any combination of these 3 will do the trick! If not, a simple call will do the job.
If you’re not satisfied with the work, we’ll refund half of the upfront payment. While this is rare, as design can be subjective, we want you to feel confident in our work.
