Transforming ambitious ideas into spectacular websites,

Every prompt has a job. We make sure yours does the right one.

Clear Role, Clear Output

We give the AI a clear role, a clear task, and a clear output format. No vague "be helpful." No mystery outputs. Just predictable work, every time.

Tested Against Real Inputs

We don't trust a prompt that works on the first try. We stress-test it with weird, messy, real-user inputs until it holds up; not just on clean demos.

Where Ideas Take Shape

A great prompt that costs $2 per call kills your margins. We tune length, model choice, and structure so you get the result you need at a cost that scales.

Ready for the World

You get a prompt library, clear comments, versioning, and tests. So your devs can tweak without breaking, and your next hire can ramp up in a day.

Small team, few services, fine details, aged like wine

Prompt writing looks like typing. It's actually closer to product design; you're shaping an entire user experience through one block of text. Get it right, your product feels smart. Get it wrong, it feels broken.

We've written prompts that handle thousands of real user queries a day. The ones that win aren't the longest or the cleverest; they're the ones that fail gracefully when someone throws a weird input at them.

That's what we care about. Reliable. Cheap per call. Honest when it doesn't know. No "as a large language model" disasters in production.

"Our prompt stack was duct tape. Squidx turned it into a real system; we cut our AI spend 60% and our outputs actually got better."

Giving you the benefits of your doubt.

Reliable Over Impressive

Anyone can write a prompt that works once. We write prompts that work on the 10,000th call; with weird inputs, low tokens, and under pressure.

Cost-Aware From the Start

We think about tokens, model choice, and caching from prompt one. Because a brilliant prompt that bankrupts you isn't brilliant.

Handoff That Lives On

Your team inherits a prompt library, tests, versioning, and docs. So when you want to tweak in six months, you're editing a system; not guessing at old strings.

"Our AI feature was working; barely. Outputs were inconsistent, costs were spiralling, our team was terrified to touch the prompts. Squidx rebuilt the whole stack. Six weeks later, quality's up, cost per call is down 60%, and my engineers actually understand what's happening. Best money we've spent on AI work."

We're not for everyone, and that's the point.

A lot of "prompt engineering" is just a founder on Twitter posting a clever one-liner. Real prompt work looks boring; structure, testing, cost tuning, edge cases. Most teams skip that part, then wonder why their AI feature ships broken.

So we built Squidx differently.

We're a small team of prompt writers, engineers, and designers who treat prompts like production code; versioned, tested, documented. We don't sell magic. We sell prompts your team can actually own and scale.

Yours questions answerd.

What's the Squidx delivery process?

At Squidx, the process is easy and collaborative. It starts with a kickoff call to understand your goals and ideas. You give feedback, and we handle the details from there.

Every two days, you get updates through written messages or Loom videos, depending on what’s needed, and we’re always available for a quick chat or call.

What if I'm not happy with my designs?

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to getting it just right. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make revisions until it feels right. This dedication to client happiness is why we currently maintain a high $74% retention rate.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Hiring a full-time designer can be tough to manage and costs around $50-100k per year.

With us, you get top-notch design support without the overhead and hassle.

How fast will you deliver?

We like to work fast. That said, the speed and the amount of work we can do for you depends on the scope of work and your priorities. On average, you can generally expect a simple website or a brand identity done in 2-5 weeks or even faster.

How do I share feedback?

We like to work fast. That said, the speed and the amount of work we can do for you depends on the scope of work and your priorities. On average, you can generally expect a simple website or a brand identity done in 2-5 weeks or even faster.

Can we have calls?

We love customer feedback! There are 3 main ways you can share your feedback - a Loom video, Figma comments, or a message. Our preference is a Loom video or Figma comments. But any combination of these 3 will do the trick! If not, a simple call will do the job.

What's your cancellation policy?

If you’re not satisfied with the work, we’ll refund half of the upfront payment. While this is rare, as design can be subjective, we want you to feel confident in our work.
