We ship MVPs that test your idea fast, not ones that waste your runway.

Every MVP has one job. We make sure yours tests the right thing.
Small team, sharp MVPs, no fluff.
Every founder wants to build an MVP. Most accidentally build a V1 instead; three times the scope, four times the timeline, half the learning. They ship big, slow, and with no clear way to know if it's working.
We've shipped MVPs that turned into funded companies and MVPs that proved the idea didn't work; which saved founders a year of wasted building. Both outcomes are wins. Both came from the same process; cut hard, ship fast, measure what matters.
That's the work. We keep you honest on scope. We ship what needs shipping. We leave the rest for when you actually have signal to justify it.
We are a small team of creatives with service oriented mentality

Did a lot, published few, wrote even less.
Giving you the benefits of your doubt.
Fewer Features, Faster Learning
The worst thing you can do is ship a big MVP. We push back on scope until we find the core; the thing that actually tests the bet.
Real Code, Real Foundation
Our MVPs aren't throwaway demos. We build so when you grow, your next engineer can pick up and
extend; not rewrite from scratch.
Runway-Aware
Every MVP decision balances against your runway. We don't build what you can't afford to maintain.
Cheaper, faster, smarter.

We're not for everyone, and that's the point.
A lot of agencies say yes to everything. You want 15 features, they'll build 15. You want it in 3 months, they'll take 6. Then you've spent your seed money and still haven't tested the core bet.
So we built Squidx differently.
We're a small team of engineers, designers, and former founders who care more about whether your idea works than whether the MVP looks comprehensive. We push back hard on scope. We ship fast. And we only take on founders who actually want their idea tested, not just built.
Yours questions answerd.
At Squidx, the process is easy and collaborative. It starts with a kickoff call to understand your goals and ideas. You give feedback, and we handle the details from there.
Every two days, you get updates through written messages or Loom videos, depending on what’s needed, and we’re always available for a quick chat or call.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to getting it just right. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make revisions until it feels right. This dedication to client happiness is why we currently maintain a high $74% retention rate.
Hiring a full-time designer can be tough to manage and costs around $50-100k per year.
With us, you get top-notch design support without the overhead and hassle.
We like to work fast. That said, the speed and the amount of work we can do for you depends on the scope of work and your priorities. On average, you can generally expect a simple website or a brand identity done in 2-5 weeks or even faster.

We love customer feedback! There are 3 main ways you can share your feedback - a Loom video, Figma comments, or a message. Our preference is a Loom video or Figma comments. But any combination of these 3 will do the trick! If not, a simple call will do the job.
If you’re not satisfied with the work, we’ll refund half of the upfront payment. While this is rare, as design can be subjective, we want you to feel confident in our work.
